At booth 14, the Barthauer experts and founder Jürgen Barthauer will be talking about the modular and scalable network information system, BaSYS. The system specialises in the planning and administration of technical pipeline information, focusing on wastewater, water, cable and gas networks.
BaSYS supports the entire network management workflow, from the collection of data, technical classification and evaluation, up to the calculation, design, optimisation and the rehabilitation of networks. BaSYS offers solutions for operation planning, network maintenance, net asset evaluation and administration of adjacent owners.
Through its ‘multi-platform-concept’, Barthauer offers integration with the leading GIS/CAD systems such as Autodesk, ESRI, Briscad, Bentley and Intergraph. Therefore BaSYS can easily be integrated into an existing IT environment. The software offers different user interfaces with different functions, allowing the same database to be used by specialists as well as standard users. Available for use with MS SQL Server or Oracle, Barthauer offers its customers a choice of two database management systems.
