Mr Rameil sees the main focus of his new assignment in developing new products. “For a company like TRACTO-TECHNIK innovations are extremely important. We have many good ideas at TT – my intention is to accelerate innovation and development processes. Ideas should rapidly lead to marketable high quality products which are protected by international patents.”
Born 1962 in Saalhausen, Mr Rameil is married with a 9-year old daughter. He successfully studied civil engineering at the University of Siegen and in 1987 he commenced his professional career at TRACTO-TECHNIK as a sales engineer. Throughout the years he has gained valuable experience on numerous construction sites worldwide which again are the basis for new ideas and innovations. From 1998 until March 2006 he held the position of Technical - Commercial Coordinator and was responsible for production, sales and R&D processes.
New International Marketing Manager at TRACTO-TECHNIK
In December 2005 Viktor Dier was appointed to the role of International Marketing Manager at TRACTO-TECHNIK. He is responsible for international communication at TT (within and outside the TT Group) and for the implementation of CI-guidelines. His main tasks are supporting all TT partners by providing helpful information and analysing incoming information. In cooperation with the TT Group Sister Companies and the International Sales Department he will also develop new strategies to optimise international business relations.

Mr Dier was born 1971 in the former Soviet Union (as an Ethnic German) but grew up in Germany. He studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of Neu-Ulm/ Germany and languages in Canada, Spain and France. Prior to joining TT he worked as a Marketing Consultant in a Market Research company where he was responsible for managing international projects and supporting key account customers.
With his experience of having lived in many different countries together with his ability to speak five languages he will make a valuable contribution to the international competence of the TT Group.
