All members will be receiving Membership Tax Invoices for the 2010 membership year in early December. Members are reminded that the fees are due to be paid on 1 January 2010. For your convenience, you can make your payment either by cheque or through direct debit to the ASTT Bank Account as shown below. Members are advised that the ASTT bank has relocated from Leederville to Wembley to the new address as shown which now has a new BSB Number.

Members are also reminded that regrettably the ASTT does not accept credit card payments.

If there are any amendments to your mailing address or contact names etc, then please let me know so that the ISTT and ASTT databases and website can be kept up-to-date and you keep receiving your magazine entitlements.

Membership upgrades

Members wishing to upgrade their membership status from Individual to Corporate are requested to let me know as soon as possible so that the correct Tax Invoices can be sent.

8th National Conference
and Exhibition

It goes without saying, that the 8th National Conference and Exhibition was an ‘absolute cracker’ and from all accounts, thoroughly enjoyed by all that attended or participated. Congratulations once again goes out to Chris Bland with his professional team and Chris Frangos and his team for a job well done.

Trenchless Live 2010 –
Coffs Harbour 17-20 October 2010

Trenchless Live 2010 brings the trenchless industry together to further consolidate the industry, provide information about new products and technology and create many great networking opportunities with a focus on live, hands-on demonstrations.

This official ASTT event will feature the most exciting, hands-on, truly live exhibition and demonstration of trenchless equipment ever seen in the Southern Hemisphere. Visit www.trenchless2010.com for more information.

Special Reduced Rates for Delegates attending the 28th International No-Dig Conference and Exhibition Singapore, 8-10 November 2010.

Organised by ISTT, delegates can look forward to attending a top quality international conference featuring papers focusing on the latest innovations and techniques. In addition, case study presentations with a regional flavour will be included.

The ASTT will be endeavouring to send a member delegation to the conference at an extremely advantageous Group Discount Rate. The Member Group Rate is offered to ISTT affiliated organisations and is dependent on the ASTT recruiting a minimum of 15 member delegates. This reduced delegate rate offer will not last forever, so if you are considering attending this event, please contact me immediately at jeffpace@astt.com.au to register your interest.

Full details of International No-Dig 2010 can also be found on the official website www.nodigsingapore.com

Merry Christmas

In closing, may I also take this opportunity to wish all of you on behalf of the ASTT, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
