After spending 22 years in the army working on a variety of plant and equipment projects, Mr Kemp moved into the private sector in 2003.
Previously, Mr Kemp held the role of Vermeer Service Manager where his restructuring resulted in improved response time and customer satisfaction. As Service Manager, he also developed a team of factory-trained technicians with an increasing emphasis on mobile field service.
Mr Kemp says he is looking forward to building up this success in his new role of State Manager.
