Tenders: upgrades, pipe jacking, construction and design

The jacking pit must be constructed on the northern side of North Parade and the road must not be closed to traffic during this contract, but may be reduced to one lane.

Urgent tenders are open for an upgrade of Wastewater Pump Station C9 and associated works in Nojee Street, located in Queensland’s Currumbin Waters.

The upgrade includes:

  • Construction of a new wet well;
  • Modification of existing wet wells to additional storage;
  • Supply and installation of submersible pump sets,
  • Fittings, controls, electrical control panel and commissioning of the pump station, and
  • Cross connecting the existing rising main to a main pressure sewer carrier and associated works.

Bids are being sought for the design and construction of a wastewater treatment plant in Tulka, South Australia.

Wastewater collected from Tulka is currently pumped to an existing small package treatment plant near the northern portion of the community via three pump stations, which is not operating as designed.

The works include the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant constructed inside the existing treatment shed and within the existing treatment compound.

The request for tender includes two parts:

  • 50 per cent building construction and support and maintenance and repair services, and
  • 50 per cent structures and building and construction and manufacturing components and supplies.
