Dr Tom Iseley has over 35 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of underground infrastructure systems. Dr Iseley will address delegates on trenchless solutions for the past, present, future. Dr Iseley’s recommendations address the challenges of the future, which will require more advanced technical solutions; higher levels of skills and training; and a commitment to strengthening the structure of the industry.
Installation and Rehabilitation
In 2011 the conference will feature two Super Panels of trenchless experts to answer your questions.
The Installation Super Panel will be made up of trenchless experts in areas including tunnelling, HDD, asset management. The Rehabilitation Super Panel will feature experts in relining techniques, condition assessment and more.
The experts will engage the audience in a lively discussion of the relative benefits of different techniques offering solutions for the installation and rehabilitation of underground infrastructure.

Asset Management Forum – Underground Infrastructure; are you prepared?
Calling all utility and council professionals!
The Asset Management Forum will feature a keynote speaker followed by a panel sessions addressing the needs and challenges facing utilities and councils. The maintenance and installation of underground assets is an important issue facing all councils and utilities across Australia and New Zealand. If you are involved in the planning, installation and maintenance of infrastructure networks you need to attend this Forum.
Keynote Breakfast Session in the Exhibition Hall
An innovation in this year’s program is the free keynote breakfast session that will be held in the Exhibition hall for all delegates and trade visitors.
The topic of this year’s keynote breakfast session will be the installation of the National Broadband Network. Come along and enjoy breakfast and learn about the opportunities for the trenchless industry.
No-Dig Down Under conference program
The topic and themes of the technical papers will incorporate new installations, rehabilitation, replacement, inspection and assessment of all underground utilities including water and wastewater, communications and energy. Local and international case studies will be presented along with papers in the areas of new and emerging technology, difficult environments, solving Australia’s water crisis, new issues in design and engineering, water re-use, pipe materials and tunnelling.
