ISCO Australia began operations in 2007 in Brisbane, Queensland. Within a few short years, ISCO Australia, and the products they offer, have become well-known throughout Australia, particularly within the mining community, where the quality McElroy machine, with its high rate of welds, is quickly becoming a must-have.
ISCO Australia recently moved into a larger facility in Brendale, Queensland, and will also be expanding into Perth, Western Australia in the first quarter of 2012. Like the Brendale facility, from Perth ISCO will also have McElroy machines available for purchase and for hire.
ISCO Australia has an extensive hire fleet which is constantly expanding. From pipe diameters of 25 mm to 1,600 mm, they have a machine to meet your polyethylene welding needs. Most of their McElroy hire machines are self contained, diesel powered, and are on all terrain tracks. Most machines can be set up to perform either high pressure or low pressure welding parameters. They are designed to be used in almost any weather and location, and can significantly increase your production rate. ISCO can ship these direct to any site anywhere in the world, and also offers a variety of accessories for hire that make the job easier.
If you haven’t used a McElroy product before, training can be provided to your staff at a suitable location.
During 2011, ISCO Australia also expanded into fabrication production, fittings and limited pipe supply. The company has been awarded a project with the Queensland Curtis LNG Project in Gladstone, Queensland to provide fabricated spools to suit specific design, and has added an extensive trained staff to fulfil these needs. ISCO are fabricating the spools at their Brendale facility and shipping the spools direct to site. This allows the contractor a much faster install of the piping system, as there is no onsite cutting or measuring required, just welding of spool-to-spool.
