About the ASTT
The Australian Society for Trenchless Technology is a non-profit organisation and either Corporate or Individual membership is open to all who are concerned with the provision of gas, water, sewage, drainage, telecommunications and electrical services. In the past, this has involved consultants, contractors, material and equipment manufacturers, public authorities at all levels of government and those engaged in research and development for underground systems.
The principal objectives of the Society are to:
- Advance the science and practice of Trenchless Technology for the public benefit
- Provide a forum in Australia and New Zealand for the interchange of knowledge and skills in the field of Trenchless Technology
- Arrange or sponsor meetings, conferences and symposia on subjects consistent with the objectives of the Society
- Encourage the interchange of specialist knowledge and practices in Trenchless Technology within Australia, New Zealand and overseas
- Liaise and establish affiliations with related organisations, both within Australia, New Zealand and overseas
- Encourage education, training and research.
There are currently two levels of membership available
Corporate Membership
The benefits of Corporate Membership to the ASTT include:
- A maximum of any five people from your organisation included under your membership
- Trenchless Australasia Magazine – four issues per year
- ISTT Year Book acknowledgement
- Maintenance of the ASTT database to showcase the capabilities of member companies on the ASTT”÷s website
- Acknowledgement in ASTT”÷s Trenchless Australasia Magazine;
- Discount rates at national conferences and exhibitions;
- Discount rates at ISTT International No-Dig events;
- Discounted rates for advertising in the ASTT”÷s Trenchless Australasia
- A communication network to keep abreast of the advancement of the science and practices of Trenchless Technology throughout the world.
Individual Membership
The benefits of Individual Membership to the ASTT include:
- Trenchless Australasia Magazine – four issues per year
- Discount rates at national conferences and exhibitions
- Discount rates at ISTT International No-Dig events
- A communication network to keep abreast of the advancement of the science and practices of Trenchless Technology throughout the world.
