Incorporating trenchless works, civil construction, cable installation and asbestos removal/waste management, the tender is open to companies/subcontractors that have experience in one or more of the following:
- “¢ Directional drilling
- “¢ Pit and pipe installation
- “¢ Asbestos handling and removal
- “¢ Customer installations in domestic and commercial premises.
Thiess Services is one of the principal contractors working on the NBN project and has the availability for works to be assigned on both a demand and bulk volume basis.
The tender covers a number of areas across the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales and Queensland.

The closing date of the tender is 23 June 2015. Thiess will then progress to tendering these packages with a selected list of tenderers only.
