Crown Fibre Holdings appointed to manage UFB2

The company was established in 2009 to manage a $NZ1.345 million investment in Ultra-Fast Broadband as part of a project dubbed UFB1. With the successful completion of this first-stage installation the government has committed a further $NZ152-210 million to expand the program. This will allow UFB2 to reach more towns and areas that are not covered by UFB1. Crown Fibre Holdings (CFH) is currently seeking proposals from respondents who are interested in partnering with the government through CFH to collaborate on UFB2. For further information on UFB2 and CFH proposal request visit the CFH website.
