Aqua-Pipe goes to Australia

Canadian Sanexen Environmental Services and Australian Ventia have concluded a licensing agreement for the renewal of water mains in Australia using the Aqua-Pipe Technology. With this agreement, Ventia becomes the exclusive licensed installer of Aqua-Pipe in Australia. Ventia is one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest services business formed by a 50/50 investment partnership between CIMIC and funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management. Ventia is a leading provider of asset lifecycle solutions – delivering planning, feasibility assessment, design, asset management, facilities management, telecommunications, infrastructure operations and maintenance, and environmental services. Aqua-Pipe is a fully structural cured-in-place rehabilitation method for the renewal of drinking water mains. Aqua-Pipe has been installed in over 1,200 km of water mains worldwide.
