Project work includes the installation of:
- 640 m of 240 mm PVC pipe near Cecil Road carriageway
- 210 m of 100 mm PVC pipe also near Cecil Road carriageway
- 90 m of 630D PE100 pipeline using horizontal directional drilling (HDD).
The HDD portion of the project features and steep slope.
Once installation in completed the contractor is required to transfer the connection of approximately 61 service pipe from the existing mains to the new PVC mains.
