The new outlet will either be pipe jacked 1,500 mm nominal diameter or directionally drilled 900 mm nominal diameter.
Up to four applicants for each option will be chosen from the EOI process to form a tender panel.
Expressions of Interest close at 9.30 am on Tuesday 21 June 2016.
