The ISTT plans to select an Executive Director by the beginning of next year, applications are due by 15 December 2016.
The position requires an individual with strong management and communications skills, and the ability to work with others in international settings.
They must be a strong communicator, verbal and written, and be proficient in English.
An engineering background and some knowledge of the underground construction industry is desired but not required; experience in managing international membership organisations and international events is also a plus.
The ISTT was established in 1986 in the UK as a proprietary limited company to advance the science and practice of trenchless technology for the public benefit.
It has 28 Affiliated Societies worldwide that hold and sponsor training and education programs, studies and research, and technical conferences and exhibitions promoting the use of trenchless technologies for the public’s benefit.
