GSSI releases new GPR addition to UtilityScan line

The UtilityScan line is purpose-built utility detection range for identifying and marking the location and depth of subsurface utilities, including gas, sewer and communications lines.

UtilityScan HS features the 350 HS digital antenna, which can reach depths of up to 12 m, is capable of delivering higher data resolution, better RF noise immunity and depth penetration than traditional GPR antennas.

GSSI’s patented HyperStacking technology improves the depth and data resolution performance over traditional RTS technology, it also improves the receive performance of a GPR system while maintaining the measurement speed and radiated emission limits.

UtilityScan HS also provides advanced signal processing tools such as stacking, signal floor tracking and background removal, and can integrate with GPS through an intuitive user interface.

It allows for real-time data collection and comes equipped with backup cursor and cross-hair cursors which allow the user to accurately locate targets.

GSSI offers one of the industry’s broadest range of GPR solutions, with a range of applications including geology, environmental, utility detection, concrete inspection, and bridge and road condition assessment.
