NULCA announces program for inaugural conference

The event, which will be held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre on 13–15 September 2017, will run alongside the official conference and exhibition of the Australasian Society for Trenchless Technology (ASTT), No-Dig Down Under (NDDU).

The conference is being organised by NULCA Australia in conjunction with the Queensland branch of Dial Before You Dig (DYBD). The theme of the event is Damage Prevention.

Topics of interest for the sessions taking place on Wednesday and Thursday include:

  • insurance
  • data collection
  • GPR
  • AS 5488
  • DBYD certification
  • USA 811 process
  • NZ certification
  • vacuum excavation.

Sessions on Friday include a DBYD NSW-sponsored trial simulation on ‘Who’s at fault’, an open plenary session and NULCA’s AGM.
