The AGM and election on 15 September will be the last event of the NULCA conference, taking place from 13-15 September at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
NULCA said that nomination papers for committee positions for the 2017-2018 year will be sent to its members soon.
The completed papers must be returned by Friday 18 August.
