Partnered with Trenchless Australasia and sponsored by ProjectLink, the conference attracts over 200 delegates annually and will, for the second time, feature a ministerial address from Victorian Minister for Major Projects and Minister for Transport Jacinta Allan.

Industry-leading experts will discuss the prioritisation of smart technologies and futureproof infrastructure in reaction to the state’s rapid population growth.

Featured speakers include Melbourne Metro Rail Authority Director of Delivery and Development Peter Wilkinson, Infrastructure Victoria CEO Michel Masson, Transurban Program Director Major Projects Victoria David Clements, Department of Environment, Water, Land and Planning Executive Director Julian Lyngcoln, and many more.

Infrastructure projects situated throughout Melbourne and in more regional locations will be a focus of the event.

Those located within the state’s capital, such as the development of the Metro Tunnel and the West Gate Tunnel Project, are aimed to sustainably and logically approach the issue of congestion due to rapid population growth.

Projects located in more regional areas will focus on facilitating better employment and improving liveability rates; these projects include the East Werribee Employment Precinct, Revitalising Central Geelong Plan and Infrastructure Victoria’s 30-year strategy.
