DBYD opens member and user survey
The University of Melbourne is conducting a member and user survey on the Dial Before You Dig (DBYD) service, on behalf of the organisation.
The survey is part of an independent research study into how DBYD consumers make decisions about different aspects of the information provided by the survey.
The research will enable DBYD to refine the value and quality of service provided to members and users, with the findings to be presented at the Oceania Damage Prevention Conference in August 2018.
The survey will take approximately ten minutes to complete and will close on 30 April 2018.
