The NT Major Projects Conference will feature a packed program when it takes place at the Darwin Convention Centre in the Northern Territory on 17–18 October 2018.
With more than 250 delegates attending annually, the conference is the largest major projects and infrastructure event in the Northern Territory.
The first day of the conference will feature an address from NT Minister for Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics, Minister for Environment and Natural Resources Eva Lawler.
Following the opening address, 10 presentations and a panel session will take place, including a presentation by Australian Industry and Defence Network CEO Kerryn Smith, who will talk about $500 million worth of planned defence infrastructure upgrades across the electrical, fire-fighting, potable water, sewerage, stormwater and information communication technology sectors.
Day two will be opened by NT Minister for Tourism and Culture, Minister for Environment and Natural Resources, Minister for Corporate and Information Services Lauren Moss and feature a further eight presentations.
Attendees of the event include the ‘who’s who’ of the infrastructure industry, including noteworthy names in engineering, consulting, supplying, construction and planning.
