Works to remove the Seaford Road level crossing, part of the Frankston train line, were recently completed and operations are set to continue throughout 2019.
Adept Civil will undertake sewer and watermain relocation works, including open cut and boring to install 300 m of sewer and 1.2 km of watermain at Carrum Station.
