Known as the Reliability Program, the contract will see Comdain undertake rehabilitation and replacement of reticulation water and sewer assets across the utility’s network, serving approximately 1.7 million residents and 60,000 businesses across Melbourne’s southeast.
The initial period of the contract is three years; however, there is an option of extending it through to 2025.
The value of the contract was not disclosed.
