Water Corporation is inviting organisations with suitable experience capability and capacity to submit a bid for duplication of a 3.8 km section of the existing Sepia Depression Ocean Outlet Landline (SDOOL). A DN 1400 mild steel cement lined pipeline that transports treated water from several wastewater treatment plants to the ocean outfall offshore from point person.

Te Puna West water main rehabilitation

The council requires directional drilling to replace 900 m 100 asbestos cement water mains with 180/125 mm outside diameter (OD) polyethylene (PE) 100 pipe, including 522 m of new Rider Mains; 63 mm OD PE 80 and 81 customer connections, including all necessary bends, tees, valves, hydrants, fittings and connections to complete the new alignment and road crossings. The work will take place in an area with known archaeological sites and specific protocols apply (open trenching of specific areas to uncover any material and inspection of all excavations).

WestConnex M4-M5 Link tunnels

The M4-M5 Link Tunnels consists of twin 7.5 km four-lane tunnels linking the new M4 Tunnels at Haberfield to the new M5 motorway at St Peters and includes provisions to accommodate future connections to the new Rozelle Interchange and Iron Cove Link. The issuer has released several tenders for contractors to register interest, the current works include service conduits and deluge pipework.
