Stormwater CCTV inspections and auditing

Description: The council invites suppliers to register their interest for the following scope of work;

  • Inspection of stormwater pipes, mainly critical assets;
  • capture of defects and asset data;
  • deliver the data in council’s CCTV data management system;
  • cleaning and root cutting to facilitate inspection; and
  • preparation of as-built drawings according to Auckland Council standard, for newly found assets and where the asset connectivity is incorrect.

Coorong Quays WWTP to O’Connell Ave pump station transfer main

Description A new dedicated pumping main is required to link the Coorong Quays WWTP to the O’Connell Avenue pump station. The new pumping main will provide a dedicated connection and be approximately 1,300 m in total length.

Sewer and stormwater relining (rehabilitation)

Description: Gladstone Regional Council requires a contractor to restore structural integrity and hydraulic capacity and to prevent infiltration and exfiltration. The long-term design basis of the rehabilitation liners is 50 years.

Eastern sector sewer trunk main construction

Description: The tender is for the construction of a new sewer trunk main on the eastern sector of Mount Barker.  The project includes the supply, construction and reinstatement of a) 92.6 m DN 500 high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe; b) 632.74 m DN 400 HDPE pipe; c) 175.88 m DN 355 pipe; d) 13 maintenance holes and e) other associated works. The council will consider open trench excavation or directional drilling methodologies.

Underground drainage upgrades (relining works)

Description: Brimbank City Council intends to rehabilitate some existing stormwater drains within the municipality using no-dig trenchless methods. These works are to be performed at 10 locations.

Hermannsburg – construction of new elevated tank and trunk water main

Description This project has two components. The first is to increase the height of the elevated tank stand and the elevated storage capacity. The second is to provide a DN 225 trunk water main to deliver adequate pressure and improved water flow into that part of the community currently serviced by the booster pumps system. Also, the decommissioning of two sections of old water mains.
