Prime Creative Media to acquire Trenchless Australasia and No-Dig Down Under

Herrenknecht

As the current publisher of Roads & Infrastructure, Prime Creative Media has a history of supporting the Australian infrastructure sector.

“We have long admired the contributions Trenchless Australasia has made to the sector, and we look forward to continuing to support its growth,” said Ms. Zelda Tupicoff, COO of Prime Creative Media.

“Infrastructure plays a pivotal role in the strength of Australia’s economy, and we are proud to play our part with the publication of the magazine, its web site and newsletter.”

Ms. Tupicoff knows the publication well, as the previous CEO of Great Southern Press.

She will work closely with current CEO Ms. Annie Ferguson and the team to ensure a smooth transition.

Prime Creative Media will also take on The Australian Pipeliner as part of the acquisition.

“I am really pleased to see these publications and the event being taken on by Prime Creative Media,” said Ms. Ferguson.

“They could not be going to a better home – Zelda and the Prime Creative Media team have a strong understanding of each of these brands and the industries they serve, and Prime Creative Media has the resources and vision to ensure these brands thrive and continue to be a key communication tool for the relevant sectors for years to come.”

The acquisition is welcomed by Chris Frangos President of the Australasian Society for Trenchless Technology.

“The ASTT is pleased to see Prime Creative Media acquire Trenchless Australasia,” said Mr. Frangos.

“Great Southern Press has produced a world class publication for the trenchless sector that will grow and benefit from the larger portfolio of infrastructure related publications managed by Prime Creative Media.

“The ASTT looks forward to working closely with Prime Creative Media to continue the growth and evolution of Trenchless Australasia and our biennial No Dig Downunder conference and exhibition.”

Prime Creative Media’s Ms. Tupicoff and Great Southern Press’s Ms. Ferguson have already started on the transition, which will also see key team members from Great Southern Press continue on the titles.

For current advertisers and partners it will be business as usual until 30 March.

Prime Creative Media will make key introductions to support all our stakeholders in the lead up to the transition
