Adept Civil Group will undertake the Everley Branch Sewer Upgrade project in Victoria with Taylors and Western Water.
The project works will include the supply and installation of more than 1.2 km of branch sewer to service Capitol Property Group’s new residential development in Everley Estate, Sunbury.
Adept Civil will use its specialised microtunnelling technology in partnership with open cut methods for delivery of the project.
In a social media post announcing the contract award, the company said it was excited to be contributing to a new development on the doorstep of Melbourne’s CBD and close to the city’s main travel hub at Tullamarine Airport.
“Our team at Adept Civil Group put in an enormous amount of work in preparation for our submission and no doubt our collaborative approach, our past history on delivering on our promise and overall focus on safety, were just a few of the reasons we were awarded this project.
“We are looking forward to working very closely with Taylors and Western Water ensuring the successful delivery of this project,” the company said.
Established in 1999, Adept Civil Group specialises in the supply and installation of water and sewerage drainage pipelines, pump stations and associated services for the Melbourne Metropolitan water boards and tier one contractors of Victoria.
Construction of the Everley upgrade is due to commence this month and is scheduled for completion in October this year.
