Diona and Abergeldie were named WaterNSW’s new construction partners for its Asset Renewals and Replacements Program (ARRP).
The $80 million program will see the partners deliver multi-disciplinary packages across regional New South Wales and Greater Sydney, including civil, structural, mechanical and electrical capital works and rehabilitation.
The contract will be delivered over a period of five years, with an option to extend another three years.
Abergeldie CEO Mark Bruzzone said the company’s previous experience with WaterNSW will ensure the program is delivered safely and on time.
“We are looking forward to continuing to grow our collaborative relationship with WaterNSW,” he said.
“This framework will provide long-term employment opportunities for both WaterNSW and Abergeldie in regional NSW.
“At Abergeldie, we deliver the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities and we are excited to continue on our mission with WaterNSW.”
AssetReady, a joint venture between WSP and SMEC, was recently appointed as the project’s Engineering Design Partner.
