Description: The principal is seeking tenders from suitably experienced contractors to undertake drainage upgrade works along Swan Street, Guilford. To minimise impact on local residents, businesses and road users, the drainage is to be installed using a trenchless, microtunnelling method and open trenching method.

Tenderers are required to attend a briefing and site inspection at 10am, Tuesday 31 August, on the corner of Swan Street and Hugh Street, Guilford. The briefing and site inspection will provide tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties prior to the tender deadline. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting via email to tenders@swan.wa.gov.au by no later that 4 pm AWST, Monday 30 August.

These inspection services for new recycled water plumbing installations are required at R1, R2, R3 and R4 stages. 

Relining of Sewers in Roma & Mitchell

Description: Maranoa Regional Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit contract sum and a schedule of rates pricing and supporting documentation for the design and installation of a sewer relining product in Roma and Mitchell. The scope of work will include the rehabilitation of approximately 4,436 m of gravity sewer in various streets in Roma and Mitchell. The sewer mains are a mixture of reinforced concrete and vitreous clay and generally are in reasonable condition for relining. There are sewers requiring additional cleaning. Some civil works may be required for displaced joints and collapsed sewers, which will be carried out by Maranoa Regional Council. CCTV reports, where available, are provided for information.
