Sewer and Stormwater Relining (Rehabilitation)

Description: The Contractor is to rehabilitate various sewer main and stormwater assets through the use of an in-situ structural liner, patch or civil works where required. The purpose of the rehabilitation is to restore structural and service condition as well as to prevent infiltration and exfiltration in the network and/or hydraulic capacity.

In addition to the above practical works, the contractor is also to provide professional advice regarding rehabilitation methodologies for a number of sewer mains that are experiencing various defect types. This is to include, but is not limited to, an analysis of current asset condition and a recommendation of how rehabilitation can be efficiently and cost-effectively achieved.

RAAF Pearce Fire Water Ring Main, WA

Description: The outcome of this project is to construct a dedicated fire water ring main to support the sitewide demands complaint with current Defence and Industry standards.

The main scope of works to be completed:

  • Installing new water pipe across the base;

  • Additional hydrants to areas not sufficiently covered; and
  • Connecting existing compliant fire infrastructure into the new fire water ring main.
