“Best of the best” represented at CCF National Earth Awards

Australia’s peak national body for the civil construction sector, Civil Contractors Federation National (CCF) is hosting the 2021 Civil Contractors Federation National Earth Awards which will be held virtually on Friday 12 November 2021 from 4.30pm to 6.00pm (AEDT).

Chief executive officer of the CFF National, Chris Melham, said the CCF National Earth Awards were the most prestigious awards in civil infrastructure that recognised project excellence.

“The award finalists are comprised of winners of each of the state and territory award categories, and so the projects being recognised at the CCF National Earth Awards represent the ‘best of the best’ across Australia,” he said.

The awards showcase a range of projects across various disciplines including roads, bridges, drainage, rail and utilities – all of which link support the growth and prosperity of Australian communities.

The awards reward contractors, both big and small, who rise to the challenge and deliver projects to the highest standards of quality and embrace the needs of the environment and local communities.

Entrants to the CCF National Earth Awards are judged on set criteria including, project & construction management, innovation, people development and training, quality, safety, environment, stakeholders.

The 2021 CCF National Earth Awards are sponsored by PSC Insurance Brokers, the official insurance partner of Civil Contractors Federation National.

In addition to the event, CCF Victoria announced the winners of the 2021 CCF Earth & Training Awards on Friday October 15.

The awards recognise Civil Construction Companies who have recently been involved in a project which has excelled in project & construction management, innovation, people development & training, quality, safety, environment and stakeholders.

The Victorian award winner automatically progressed to the CCF National Earth Awards to compete on Friday.
