R&R McClure Excavations has received a delivery of the first new generation GRUNDODRILL 13ACS from TRACTO Australia.
Located in Castlemaine, Bendigo and Mildura, R&R McClure specialises in the installation of underground power, water and communications for utilities, governments, trades and private enterprises.
The new generation GRUNDODRILL 13ACS is an all condition system for drilling in a range of geologies, including solid rock.
This horizontal directional drill (HDD) allows for utmost flexibility and maximum productivity in steerable trenchless pipe installations.
It features a Cummins tier 5 engine; variable torque and speed adjustment for maximum rotational performance and maximum productivity; a fully automatic drilling operation including drill rod exchange; and more exciting features.
Thanks to a combination of innovative technology and maximum digitisation, the GRUNDODRILL is simple and easy to use.
The entire new generation offers a complete series with six models in the performance classes from 60 to 280 kN, with the integrated concept convincing in every respect.
