Tacoma South Low Pressure Sewerage System

Description: Central Coast Council is replacing the existing Tacoma South Vacuum Sewerage System with a new Low Pressure Sewerage System (LPSS). The existing river crossing also needs to be replaced. The design for the river crossing portion of the works has not yet been prepared and will be included as a ‘design and construct’ component of the contract.
The works will comprise of four major parts:
Design and installation of a directional bore under the Wyong River. The contractor will be responsible for designing the directional bore and pipe based on the concept design provided by the principal. The contractor will be required to install the bore and pipe as per their design.
Kinkuna Waters Subdivision – Supply of Drainage Pipes

Wadeye and Manthathpe – Water Storage and Transmission Upgrade

Description The Manthathpe existing water supply system consists of two production bores, a sodium hypochlorite disinfection system, one ground level tank, pressure pump and a reticulation system throughout the community. PWC are required to vacate the tank compound site and are proposing to supply Manthathpe via a new water transmission main from the Wadeye tank compound. In conjunction with this project a new ground tank is to be constructed within the Wadeye tank compound.
