Snowy 2.0 – Horizontal Directional Drilling

Description: The vendor is required to state its interest for the execution of the following scope of Services (but not limited to):

  • Provision of personnel, equipment and materials for the Horizantal Directional Drilling as identified by the Contractor.
  • Provision of HDD at Marica West-03 hole and installation of enveloper pipe being Fibreglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) along the proposed alignment of 2,275 meters in length;
  • The drilling of Marica West-04 hole and installation of enveloper pipe being Fibreglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) along the proposed alignment of 2,275 meters in length by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) for the installation of electrical power (copper) cable; and
  • The drilling of Marica West-05 hole and installation of enveloper pipe being Fibreglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) along the proposed alignment of 2,275 meters in length by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) for the installation of water pipe of diameter 160mm inside a 300mm HDPE.

Description: Council is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor for the Design & Construction of the Cunnamulla Water Mains Pipe Replacement -Stage 1. The overall scope of the project will include design of the water mains pipe network and replacement of 3943m of 100mm diameter asbestos cement (AC) water reticulation pipes with 100-150mm PVC pipes. 

Borehole Decommissioning and Remediation

Description: Geoscience Australia is seeking suitably qualified supplier/s to complete remediation of a maximum of 106 boreholes, this will include earthworks, bore decommissioning and restoration of the site.
For context, Schedule 1 presents project location and background, and expected site conditions.
There are 3 parts of the requirement, suppliers may quote for 1 or more component, as per the Requirement Attachments.

Attachment B – Bore decommissioning
Attachment C – Site restoration
The objective is to conduct the required works necessary to decommission bores and restore former bore sites, construction pads and if required, access tracks to their pre-work condition.
