KAISER has expanded its Australian market presence with a new location and service partnership.
When it comes to innovative solutions such as high-pressure jetting pumps, vacuum pumps, and recycling systems, KAISER has customers covered.
With a focus on modern environmental technologies, KAISER has developed efficient and high-performing vehicles for the sewer cleaning and industrial disposal sectors.
From its humble beginnings in 1913, KAISER has evolved to become an international industrial leader with locations in Liechtenstein, Austria, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, France, Italy, USA, and Australia.
Based in Liechtenstein, the family-owned business has deployed these vehicles in 116 countries and over 1000 cities.
With more and more customers using KAISER vehicles, the company is setting sights on Australia by expanding its capabilities and presence within the country.
“We’re very excited that our products continue to tick the boxes for our customers in Australia,” KAISER export manager Volker Stark said.
KAISER has recently moved to a new location in Padstow, New South Wales. There, the company provides its customers with a full suite of services including sales, spare parts and customer service.
“At KAISER, we believe that selling a product marks the beginning of a partnership, not an end,” Stark said.
“Through this new building in Padstow, we will accompany and support our customers so they can fully exploit the potential of our vehicles.”
This philosophy, with own locations and direct customer contact, is complemented by the company’s new national service, maintenance and warranty partnership with Superior Pak, a company operating in the commercial vehicle sector.
In combination with KAISER’s service locations customers additionally have access to Superior Pak’s service network across the country and on-site service vehicles.
“We attach great importance to service quality and personal interaction with our customers. Through this and in addition to nationwide service partnerships, we will continue to offer first-class support and maintenance,” Stark said.
