Nuflow Australasia used its recent 20th annual franchise conference to unveil innovative new solutions for modern pipe rehabilitation projects.
Fifty partners attended the company’s franchise conference on Waiheke Island, Auckland recently to see the latest innovations from one of the trenchless industry’s leading companies.
After 20 years, Nuflow Australasia remains a force in the CIPP, SIPP and in-pipelining industry for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Asia, and shows no signs of slowing down.
“Our present trajectory paves the way for an exciting future for us all – particularly our franchise partners, their teams, and the services we offer as a network,” CEO Jim Tighe said.
“We are confident that the local communities our franchisees serve are receiving high quality instals and outcomes, backed by highly trained technicians.”
New range
Nuflow launched its new Blueline X and Sumoline X range at the event.
Blueline X, with its polypropylene core, offers key advantages for pipe rehabilitation, the company said.
Its core provides superior tensile and flexural strength, enabling the liner to withstand internal pressures, external loads, and ground movements. This strength helps prevent buckling or cracking over time.
Blueline X’s lightweight nature simplifies transport and installation while ensuring durability. Its high chemical and moisture resistance make it ideal for harsh environments like wastewater systems, promoting long-lasting performance.
“These features make Blueline X a strong, reliable option for CIPP relining in demanding conditions,” Nuflow said.
Meanwhile, Sumoline X is a fit for purpose liner for sewer and stormwater patch from Dn 300 to Dn 1650 size pipes.
Sumoline X is now thinner, much stronger and easier to wet out than the previous Sumoline.
Both Blueline X and Sumoline X are manufactured on the Gold Coast and provide bespoke lining solutions for difficult applications and when large bore long patches are needed.
Nuflow offers design, manufacturing and installation by local franchise partner installation teams.
