Description:
The works consist of the excavation, pipe laying, backfill and pavement reinstatement of stormwater drainage commencing in the roundabout at the Seacombe Road – Morphett Road intersection, then proceeding south along Morphett Road, into Tarnham Road and Galway Avenue. Traffic management is of major importance. Some deep trenching is required.
The works are in two stages: Stage 1 includes removal of existing drainage pipes and pits. Stage 2 is new drainage, no existing underground drainage is present.
The pipes and pits have been purchased by City of Marion and can be collected by the Contractor at Council’s depot.
Yerbillon Pipeline Replacement

Description:
Water Corporation is inviting organisations with suitable experience, capability and capacity to submit a bid to construct, commission, performance test and validate the assets required to replace DN750 mild steel concrete-lined (MSCL) sections of the Goldfield Agricultural Water Supply Scheme (GAWSS), in Western Australia. The Yerbillon pipeline sections are to be replaced with below ground Sintakote DN900 welded pipe SSJ-WR, plus associated fittings, valves and pipe supports.
The appointed Head Contractor is expected to:
• Engage the Water Corporation’s relevant Welding Panel Members to complete the welding component; and
• Employ suitably qualified personnel to manage welding and pipe installations on multiple fronts in accordance with Sintakote Steel Pipeline system (Australia Standard AS4041) and Water Corporation Specifications.
A compulsory site visit will take place at 7.30am AWST on Wednesday 22 October 2025. A 4WD is required for this inspection due to unsealed access tracks.

This project is a collaborative program of the Wide Bay Burnett Urban Water Alliance (WBBUWA) to deliver efficiencies for individual members through a region wide approach to sewer relining projects. Fraser Coast Regional Council is undertaking this Tender on behalf of the WBBUWA members.
Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for CTWW004 – 25/26 – WBBUWA – Sewer Relining Program – 2025/26 and 2026/27.
This invitation to offer is in separable portions. The Principal may only award any portion depending on funding availability. The Principal requires the tenderer to price all portions or part portions and also provide a discount if awarded all portions in one process. The Principal may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers.
Citywide Trenchless Technology Rehabilitation Works 2025-26

The works involve the rehabilitation of ageing and damaged stormwater pipelines at nominated sites across the Newcastle Local Government Area. The proposed rehabilitation of each pipe shall be undertaken through the use of trenchless technology to avoid open trenching. The works will involve the insertion of a liner into the existing host pipeline and cured in place to form a structural composite with the existing pipe material.
A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Tuesday, 21 October 2025 at 9:00 am at the northern corner of Centennial Park (near the intersection of Parry and Bruce Streets), Cooks Hill, Newcastle.
