This Contract includes the following scope of works:

  • Design and approvals: Undertake service locating, surveys, and prepare design and As-Constructed drawings; obtain all necessary permits, including rail design approvals.

  • Site establishment and safety: Set up traffic and pedestrian management (signage, lights, barricades) and implement sediment and erosion control measures.

  • Excavation and preparation: Excavate work areas, dewater trenches and mains, and shore trenches as required to safely access existing infrastructure.

  • Installation works: Supply all materials and labour; install new water mains, bends, fittings, and thrust blocks in accordance with AS/NZS Standards.

  • Connections and commissioning: Connect to existing mains and services, disinfect and test the new mains, and manage any unplanned service interruptions.

  • Site restoration and notifications: Backfill and compact excavated areas, reinstate surfaces, remove redundant assets, dispose of overburden, and deliver notices to affected properties.

Hinchinbrook Shire Council (Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified respondents for the provision of CCTV stormwater drainage inspection and condition assessment services across Forrest Beach, Taylors Beach, Lucinda and the Ingham Township.

The purpose of this engagement is to identify stormwater drainage assets damaged during the North and Far North Queensland Tropical Low and associated flooding event of 29 January – 28 February 2025, and to obtain accurate, current condition ratings and digital inspection information. The information collected will enable Council to prioritise flood recovery works, plan appropriate treatments, and update its asset management systems.

Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contactor to undertake air scouring of pipelines within the Nanango and Blackbutt urban area water network.

  • Increase the longevity of the pipeline

  • Restore consistent supply of clean, high quality water


Ramingining – SPS and Rising Main Upgrade

Description:
The Northern Territory Government’s $1.1 billion Housing Investment Package is driving significant housing growth across remote Aboriginal communities. To support this increased load, upgrades to critical headworks infrastructure are required.

This procurement will deliver the expansion of Sewerage Pumping Station (SPS) 1 at Ramingining and will include civil, mechanical, electrical and control system modifications.

The works will include:

  • Construction of a new emergency overflow storage facility

  • Upgrade of the sewer rising main to meet increased capacity

  • Integration of all supporting infrastructure (civil, mechanical, electrical, SCADA/controls)


Woodside CWMS Gravity Main Upgrade
