The Principal is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor for the supply, installation and maintenance of bore pumps, flow meters and bore head works, as well as water quality monitoring and other services relating to bore maintenance

It is recommended that tenderers lodge their submissions at least half an hour prior to the closing time to allow for any delays in transmission of large documents.

The City is not bound to accept any offer. Canvassing of Elected Members and City officers will automatically disqualify any offer submitted.

Construction of approximately 1502 metres of DN600 mm MSCL Watermain as part of 89 Ross Watt Road for ID Land/GWW, within the Macedon Ranges Shire Council. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in WC2.

If not accredited to Category WC2 or under probation in Category WC2, an accreditation dispensation will not be considered for this project.[GJ1]

The tenderer must hold the relevant accreditation category and provide the relevant Key Personnel. The tenderer is not able to subcontract the accreditation or supervision by the Key Personnel. Subcontractors can be still used for labour and plant and/or specialist services, e.g. boring, directional drilling, testing, live tappings, etc.

The rig-based completion program is expected to commence from March 2026 (exact timing to be confirmed pending availability of workover rig). Expected timeframe to complete operations on 24-hour basis (excluding rig move/rig up time, which is expected to take 3-4 days per move) on each well is: Complete Coona Coona-1 & Coona Coona-2 = approximately 4-5 days each, requiring the tubular running services.

Once the Coona Coona wells have been completed with a rig, a rig-less flowback and well testing campaign will be conducted over 2 months in April – June 2026.

Supplier is to provide all Equipment, Materials and Personnel for the provision of Services required to complete the wells with a design and operational plan as detailed in the Technical Scope.
