The term of the contract being tendered for is three years with two further options for extension of one year each (3 + 1 + 1), with any such extensions exercisable at the sole discretion of Council pending satisfactory performance reviews. • Undertake installation and required civil works to complete scope.
• Remove and dispose of excess materials and waste from site.
