Spiire , in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in March 2026 for the Kaylana Estate External Water Mains . The project will include:
Construction of twin transfer water mains as part of 127 Sewells Road, Tarneit (being the Kaylana Estate developed by Harmil Portfolio Pty Ltd as trustee for the Harmil Tarneit Trust) within the City of Wyndham. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC2 (Distribution Water Mains > DN 280).
Project will include:
• approximately 296m of DN600 MSCL potable water main
• approximately 296m of DN600 MSCL recycled water main
• approximately 60m of DN225 potable water main
• approximately 60m of DN225 recycled water main

PM SPS20 Rising Main Replacement (Stage2) Under-bore

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders for PM SPS20 Rising Main Replacement (Stage2) Under-bore. The scope of the Request for tender is for carrying out Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and installation of DN450 HDPE pipe inside the bore in accordance with the under-bore design drawings. Further details are provided in Part B – Specification and associated annexures.
A pre-tender briefing will be held at Emerald Drive – Port Macquarie, see deatils in 3.1 Part A – Conditions of Tendering.
Attendance at this briefing/site inspection is a mandatory requirement of participation.
