Pipe Core has strengthened its ability to support customers across New South Wales by expanding its operations with the opening of a new warehouse facility in Newington.
The new location, in Sydney’s west, has been established to improve access to equipment, materials and technical support for contractors working in sewer, stormwater and pipeline rehabilitation.
By positioning stock closer to where it is needed, Pipe Core aims to reduce freight times, simplify collection and improve responsiveness on active projects.
The Sydney warehouse will hold a range of equipment and consumables across Pipe Core’s core offering, including drain cleaning, inspection, repair and renewal technologies. Customers will also have the option to collect directly from the site, providing greater flexibility for urgent or time-sensitive requirements.
In addition to improved logistics, the expansion reinforces Pipe Core’s Circle of Service approach, which focuses on supporting customers beyond product supply.
Local availability of stock is paired with access to technical support, training and application guidance to help ensure solutions are delivered effectively on site.
Jason Marshall, CEO of Pipe Core, said the decision to establish a Sydney presence reflects both customer demand and the company’s broader approach to supporting project delivery.
“Positioning stock in Sydney allows us to support customers more efficiently and respond more quickly when projects require equipment, materials or technical input,” Marshall said.
“It’s about reducing downtime, improving access and making sure the right support is available when it’s needed.”
The warehouse expansion also coincides with enhancements to Pipe Core’s online platform, making it easier for customers to browse and purchase a growing range of products.
The updated online experience complements the company’s investment in local infrastructure, providing
customers with another convenient way to access equipment and consumables when and where they are needed.
The Sydney facility complements Pipe Core’s existing operations and forms part of its continued investment in infrastructure, inventory and customer support across Australia and New Zealand.
As demand for efficient, non-disruptive pipeline rehabilitation solutions continues to grow, the ability to deliver equipment, materials and expertise locally is becoming increasingly important.
The new warehouse is intended to help contractors maintain project timelines, respond quickly to changing site requirements and access the support needed to deliver successful project outcomes.
Pipe Core’s Sydney warehouse is now operational, with stock available for dispatch or collection from Newington.
Customers can also explore Pipe Core’s End of Financial Year offers through the company’s online store.
Pipe Core is a supplier of trenchless technology, equipment and materials across Australia and New Zealand.
