Busselton Water’s Plant 4 storage tank is downstream of Plant 2 and acts as a reservoir and head to the Plant 4 pump station. With the increase in supply flow, a second storage tank is required to be constructed at Plant 4 to ensure a level head is supplied to the pump station and that sufficient capacitance exists to supply the nearby population.
Busselton Water (the “PRINCIPAL”) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contracting companies (the “Tenderer”) for Plant 4 Tank 2, Tank Supply, Construct & Commission in accordance with Drawings, Specification and Scope of Work.
Thornhill Central – Stage 2 External Sewer

Description: Arcadis Australia Pacific, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in July 2024 for the Thornhill Central – Stage 2 External Sewer. The project will include:
80m of DN225 Sewer through future internal stages of Thornhill Central (993-1023 Mt Cottrell Rd) and approximately 200m of external DN300 Branch Sewer along the western boundary of Thornhill Gardens (236-262 Paynes Road). The client will be Burke Leading Pty Ltd and the site is within the city of Melton.
Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in the following categories:
• SC1 Reticulation/Branch Sewer ≤ DN280 or ≤ 5m in depth
• SC2 Branch/Main Sewers > DN 280 or Sewer Reticulation > 5m in depth
• SC7 Any Live Sewer Works
