Description: Yarra Valley Water (YVW) is seeking to enter into a contractual agreement with up to two service providers for YVW’s Sewer Property Connection Branch Renewal (PCB) Program. This program rehabilitates the worst performing PCB’s in YVW’s network (broader Eastern and Northern Metropolitan Melbourne area) where they have reached or are near the end of their serviceable life. It is predominantly a reactive program from PCB blockages, with some proactive works coming from the prioritisation assessment. Historically, there has been approximately 1200-1400 rehabilitation works on PCBs annually.
